GOLF
For those who played in our Golf League this past summer, we will be having our banquet in February, you will be receiving a letter to notify you of the date and time. At this time we will have a meeting concerning our league and begin to make plans for next summer. So please try to attend. I want to thank all those who participated in our events and look forward to more of the same next year/ Play On!
Moose Lodge 1081, Bloomington
We have just concluded our last scheduled event of the year with our Fall Scramble. I hope everyone had a good time this year. I am looking to bigger and better events for next year.
In addition to our local events, we will be hosting the "MOOSE STATE GOLF TOURNAMENT" this next summer. It is a four (4) day event to be played at Stonecrest Golf Course and the Eagle Pointe Golf Course on SEPTEMBER 9 - 12, 2010. So when making your plans for next summer, keep that BIG event in those plans. We need a large number of participants from our Lodge for a very successful event. This will probably be the largest sports event of the year for our lodge, so as host lodge we are looking forward to a good time for everyone. Stay tuned in our newsletters for more info as we continue through the winter and next summer.

I would like to thank the Horse-Shoe Buddies and all those who helped put on a wonderful picnic dinner. I appreciate being invited to join them in the fun. The plaque they presented to me was awesome. The food was great and the Horseshoe Buddies were very gracious and nice to me and my family. A great time was had by all.
